By accessing or using the SarembokVE platform, REST APIs, or sovereign compute mesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the service on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind that entity.
SarembokVE is designed for lawful systems engineering, automated API schema verification, performance testing, and sovereign compute clustering. Users agree NOT to:
When contributing external hardware resources (such as Google Colab, RunPod, or local NVIDIA GPUs) to the SarembokVE mesh via colab_worker.py, you retain full ownership of your physical hardware. SarembokVE will only dispatch inference requests within the limits and models specified by the worker launcher.
SarembokVE is provided "as is" and "as available". While the Specification Engine applies rigorous JSON Schema Draft 2020-12 validation to inferred schemas, users are responsible for final code review of synthesized TypeScript contracts prior to production deployment.
SarembokVE reserves the right to modify or deprecate features with reasonable notice to enterprise users. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
